Y nos brinda por me medio de su palabra la Biblia la esperanza maravillosa de ver nuestros seres queridos que se han dormido en la muerto. Disfrutaremos nuevamente de su compañia en salud perfecta aqui en la tierra como fue el proposito original. Lea Isaias 25:8 acá se nos indica que Jehová Dios se tragará la muerte para siempre. Ya no tendra nadie mas que morrir y SERÁ PRONTO.

Please accept my deepest condolences for the passing of your loving mother, Hilda. She was an amazing lady who always wanted the best out of life for all three of her boys. She worked hard to give them every opportunity. During the holidays, she was a gracious hostess and cherished this special family time together. She took great pride in preparing the holiday meals and we were all delighted by her wonderful cooking each and every time. My son, Marcelo will always remember his Abuela for her delicious rice and beans, it made her so happy when he cleared his plate. She had a wonderful spirit which will live on in the hearts of all of her sons, family and friends who love her. For now she is at peace in heaven with her mother and our Heavenly Father. We did not have the opportunity to spend much time with Hilda but have heard so many good things about her from Margaret - what a warm and loving heart she had, what a fabulous and talented cook she was, what great style she had, and how much she loved her family. It was a pleasure going to the Rockettes Christmas show with her, Margaret, and Marcelo a few years ago and spending Mother's Day with her and our parents several Mother's Days ago. Dear Ron, I am so sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you and your family. You always took special care of your mother. As much as she loves all her sons, there was always a special glow, a sparkle in her eyes when she spoke of you. Her face would light up when mentioning all you would do for her on a daily basis. You would take her to run all her errands and made sure she had everything she needed. Where most people put their own selfish needs ahead of their loved ones, you made sure to always be there for your mother. Where most people wait weeks and even months to check on their mother, you called everyday. Stand proud and know that your mother took notice of everything you did for her. She would always refer to you as her baby, but I'm sure you know that.

I was 8 turning 9 that birthday and it fell on a mid week day. Mom (Hilda) had already taken to working full time, since my father left us three years earlier. Even if there had been a welfare system in place at that time my mom was way to proud to ask for anything or take a handout. She was working week days until 6:00 P.M. arriving exhausted and usually frustrated by the long subway rides home. We had my beloved grandmother living with us and she took such good care of us daily and cooked all of our meals. My poor mom would come home so beat and would get a late bite to eat to then retreat into her studies, she was also going to school. That night, as any child would be, I was antsy with anticipation about my birthday cake and any presents. When mom arrived I saw no cake box or presents. My heart sank but I quietly went to my room and promised myself not to say anything. Mom actually forgot what day it was. I won't lie, my eyes welld with tears and I just turned to my books to do home work or at least look like I was. Mom finsihed her dinner changed her clothes and went to her bedroom. Suddenly the door to my room burst open and crying she grabbed me and kissed me and apologized that she just realized it was my birthday. I told her that it was okay and hugged her. She wasn't having any of this and with that she got dressed and went out into the night returning with a cake just for me. I don't know where she managed to find a cake so late or how she got it, we did not have a car. Still nothing would stop my mom from making that day special for me. That is the kind of woman, mother, hero my mom Hilda was and continued to be to the end.

This has been a particularly difficult time for me to have to watch your light go out here on Earth. I have nothing but love and admiration for your magnificence. You have achieved so much, and have struggled to meet every goal without looking back. I truly believe that it is the mark of greatness, to have touched and influenced the lives of so many. I delighted in watching your three sons dote over you as you so deserved. I was graciously invited and partook in many a meal which you so meticulously prepared with so much love that everyone would leave your table with such grins of satisfaction. I particularly loved to see you make a grand entrance and do that little dance and spin whenever you got dressed for an occasion which seemed like all the time because you always looked flawless and so thoughtfully put together. I must admit I too was pretty proud like your sons to walk into any place with you. I truly believe that I am a better person for having known you. May I say that the true testament to your greatness as a mother is alive and well in your three sons. You molded each one to be a compassionate gentleman. Your son Anthony has on many occasions called you a "Hero" and I could not agree more. You gave your all that they would not have to live without. You set them on their paths and they will continue to live your legacy with great pride and love for you in their hearts. You have done all for them and now you may rest in peace. May God embrace you with his infinite love and shower your sons with blessings. Querida Hilda, Desde el primer momento en que nos conocimos hubo una conexión inmediata. Ese día compartimos, nos reímos, y hablamos de todo un poco.
